02. Match Check & Confirm

After reserving your kitten, you’ll receive a short Questionnaire about your home, lifestyle, and any special considerations. Our breeder and adoption specialist personally review your answers to ensure each kitten’s personality and needs align perfectly with yours. Think of it as a friendly check—no stress, no surprises—just a bit of extra care to confirm you’re bringing home the ideal companion.

03. Plan Your Kitten’s Arrival

After your match has been confirmed, we move to the next exciting phase—preparing for your kitten’s arrival. Our friendly Adoption Specialists will reach out to schedule a convenient pickup or safe, comfortable delivery tailored to your home and lifestyle. We’ll guide you through the final details—from coordinating the perfect arrival time to sharing helpful tips on setting up a cozy space for your new family member. Every step is designed to ensure a smooth, joyful transition, so you can focus on the anticipation and excitement of welcoming your kitten into your loving home.

If you’d love to meet your kitten face-to-face right away, local pick-up is a wonderful option. We’ll provide the pick-up location, date, and time so you can welcome your new friend in person, building that special bond from the very start.

For those within a manageable driving distance, our ground delivery service provides a comfortable, climate-controlled ride for your kitten—complete with rest stops for feeding and care. A dedicated driver ensures your kitten’s well-being every step of the way, so you can relax knowing they’ll arrive safe and sound.

Need a faster way to bring your kitten home? Our air delivery service ensures they travel in a secure, climate-controlled carrier. Once they arrive at your nearest cargo station, you can pick them up with peace of mind—knowing they’ve flown under attentive supervision every step of the way. It’s a quick, reliable option for families who can’t wait to meet their newest companion.

04. Vet Check & Clearance

At Cattery, your kitten’s health is our top priority. Before your new family member is released, they must be at least 16 weeks old and meet our strict weight and health standards. Each kitten is up-to-date on all vaccinations, tests negative for FIV/FeLV, and undergoes a comprehensive vet exam to secure a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. Once your kitten receives a clean bill of health, we’ll confirm your pick-up or delivery date—marking the exciting moment when you finally meet your purring friend. To ensure a joyful, healthy start, we also offer a selection of essential health products designed to support your kitten’s wellbeing from day one. 05. Kitty Homecoming

It’s finally time to welcome your new family member home! With your pick-up or delivery arrangements in place, the handover becomes a heartfelt celebration of new beginnings. At this special moment, you’ll review and sign the necessary documents—including the USDA Record of Cats and Dogs Disposition Form, our Non-Breeding Agreement, and your kitten’s vaccination and health records—to ensure everything is set for a safe, happy transition. If you’re picking up your kitten, you can settle the remaining balance at the time of handover. For delivery, simply complete the payment and delivery fee a day in advance. And because we love to capture these joyful milestones, we invite you to share a photo of you with your new kitten—so we can celebrate with you. Welcome to the family!
